This type of Insurance covers the hull of the aircraft (against material damage) which can be formulated on the basis of All Risks insurance which the plane may sustain while being on ground , or during the flight or in any of the two cases . the insurance cover against aircraft liability includes , liability against injury to passengers , and the liability against property damages due to collision or the falling down of the plane .
